It was built in May 1951 by Pressed Car Steel, serviced in September 1967, and runs on Bettendorf trucks. It was built as part of a 1000-car series delivered to the Pennsylvania in 1950-1951; when serviced in 1967 it received the plain-keystone paint scheme. This car was used for grain service and was fitted with paper or wooden grain door inserts.
