With Laser-Cut Car Ramp Kit
This 40' outside-braced box car with one and one-half doors is painted brown with white logo and lettering. It was built in March 1928 and runs and Andrews trucks. These box cars were considered a modern design for the time, saving space and weighta very successful design that dominated the rails for half a century. While most of the outside braced cars were built for general service, some were built specifically to carry machinery and automobiles. The large 1-1/2 door opening on this car allowed for easier loading/unloading of automobiles.
