This 50' standard box car with single Youngstown door is painted B&M Blue with dark sills and doors. The sides bear the entwined McGinnis herald in dark blue and white. The car was built in May 1956 and runs on black roller bearing trucks. Pullman-Standard supplied Boston & Maine 1000 of PS-1 box cars in May of 1956. Series 77000-77999 was the first to be stenciled in their new scheme with blue & white McGinnis extended “entwined BM” logo. This herald has since been used in many sizes and color combinations, dk. blue & white and black & white.
