034-00-090 50' standard box car Union Pacific 300265 (N Scale)

This 50' standard box car with double doors is UP armour yellow with roof and ends and runs on aluminum Barber roller bearing trucks. 300265 sports a large Union Pacific shield and "Automated Rail Way - Cushioned Load" logo with black lettering. The 300200 series included 100 cars in the A-90-2 class. Built at Omaha in February 1964, this car has a 90 ton capacity and is classed in UP's #2 (second) series with a 50' 6" cushion underframe. By 1964, the traditional Union Pacific shield was being applied with the "Automated Rail Way - Cushioned Load" logo.
