This green 39' single dome tank has white lettering and runs on black Bettendorf trucks. PL&E X103001 is a non-revenue tank car used to transport diesel fuel to the McKees Rocks shop. The McKees Rocks Yard facility, located in the borough of McKees Rocks, is located about five miles northwest of Pittsburgh, PA. It was home to a yard, major locomotive rebuilding and general maintenance, as well as freight car repair and maintenance.
