This 40’ standard box car with plug door and no roofwalk is car #14 of a 44-car series representing each of the presidents of the United States. It bears the portrait of our 39th president, James Earl Jimmy Carter. The car comes with a commemorative pin replicated from that era. Nuclear physicist, peanut farmer and president, Carter was best recognized with a Nobel Peace Prize for his work promoting world peace and human rights through The Carter Center. He founded the center with his wife, Rosalynn.
