This 3-bay ACF covered hopper with elongated hatches is painted C&O Federal Safety Yellow with C&O Enchantment Blue sill. The "Ches-C" cat logo and lettering are Enchantment Blue. C&O 607190 runs on blue Barber® roller bearing trucks. This large class of HC-47 ACF centerflow hoppers series 607000-607449 was built in October 1981. A Mobil 89-B-12 lining was applied in 10/81. They had capacities of 4,600 cu. ft. Most HC-47s, "the Last Cats" continued to wear the standard Chessie System covered hopper yellow/blue paint scheme with the "Ches-C" cat herald, well into the 90s.
