This ATSF red 40' hy-cube box car with single door has black roof and ends displays the "Circle Shock"and "Shock Control" logos in white with white lettering and runs on black roller bearing trucks. These 40' hy-cubes were built by Transco for the Santa Fe in March of 1967. This series, 14000-14068, is equipped with DF loaders and rated at 4990 cubic feet capacity. These excess height cars were assigned to appliance loading on the Penn Central and have white end paint to call attention to their excess height.
